Preliminary plans have been given the go ahead from Glasgow council for a new business centre in the heart of the city’s centre. Ninety million pounds will be ploughed into Atlantic Square, which will include a six storey hotel, health club and conference centre. More than 227,000 feet squared offices will create a lot of space for companies looking for a complete office fitout. Developers will be targeting a previously run down area of the city, Broomielaw Quay, where the International Financial Services District (IFSD) is currently situated. The new centre will replace the IFSD, which has already had a billion invested into it since two thousand and one.
